As far as this website is concerned we do not collect any details about you unless you have specifically given them to us and you know exactly what is happening.

We may be setting up a system to see which pages are most frequently visited and this involves temporarily placing a little file on your computer (called a 'cookie') so we can look at visitor statistics. It's just like putting a sticker on your machine which falls off after a few hours. This tells us nothing about you personally, neither your name, nor your address nor any details of your machine are obtained. All we know is that someone anonymous visited such and such a page and then went to such and such a page etc.

If you give us your name and email address for us to send you the Beaford Arts eNews, this information is kept strictly to ourselves. On no account do we pass this information to anyone outside Beaford Arts. Unless the police ask us for it for some legal reason but we cannot imagine why they would want to do that!
